We know these are difficult and uncertain times. We want you to know that we are here for you. While taking extra precautions to protect our clients and our staff, our offices are still open during our normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (EST) Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday.
For our Debt Management Program clients, rest assured that your payments are being processed and are being disbursed to your creditors. We’re still fully operational. Please contact us if you have any questions about your DMP.
If you are concerned about changes in your finances, please consider scheduling a telephone counseling session or conducting an online counseling session with one of our certified counselors. They will help you with money management suggestions, a budget, and work with you on an action plan to guide you through the next few months.
