Once your information is received, a representative will call you to schedule your confidential interview with a Certified Credit Counselor. CCCS offers telephone or face to face counseling for Pre-filing Bankruptcy counseling. Pre-filing Bankruptcy counseling with CCCS of Northeastern Pennsylvania Inc will include a personal evaluation of your financial situation, a review of alternatives to bankruptcy , and a personal budget plan. There is a $50.00 fee for Pre-Filing Bankruptcy counseling, and payments are ONLY accepted via money order, or telephone debit.
